These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Website, or our Services shall be resolved through the following steps:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us directly to seek an informal resolution to any disputes.
2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party. The mediation will be conducted in Nicosia, Cyprus, in English, by a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre. The arbitration will be conducted in Nicosia, Cyprus, in English, by a single arbitrator.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeCraft Academy concerning your use of our Website and Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
